do you allready have the kit? devils own is way better get in the group buy while you still can return the snow if you have too.

 

i have had it for 5 months sitting on a shelf, at the time everybody said the snow was better than devils, who knows i'm sure it will be fine.

 

I'll probably run a lightweight battery/relocate the battery, and put the pump/tank in that vicinity.

 

I had the same thoughts. You can also mount it in the trunk like a few others have. Then you can run a much larger tank with it.

I thought about the trunk , is this thing going to be loud? I also thoutght about drilling out a NOS tank and using it for the water/meth solution ,, is that gay?

 

I think its a little costly and kind of tacky. If you put the tank in the wheel well with the cover over it, you shouldnt hear it

 

Also considered mirroring the windshield washer tank, on the passenger side. I can build a tank to fit, problem is making sure its not out of something methanol will attack (aluminum and meth don't get along if you're storing meth in an aluminum container). Thought of maybe coating the inside of the tank with an epoxy. There are a few out there designed with methanol containment in mind.

 

well since i have a lot more room in the engine bay now(thanks SAI and EGR delete) idk yet...maybe where the SAI pump was or maybe near the intake....ya prolly near there somewhere under the boost machine.
