TB job payment - Dealership
^ that's actually a good idea!
Alright, so I called the company who covers my extended warranty. I asked, " In the event that my TB has failed prior to the suggested manufacturer mileage for replacement, would my vehicle be fully covered; all costs of parts and repair? " The response was, " Yes, if Audi says that it's good for 100k and it fails before it hits that mark, we will cover it as long as you find a shop that is willing to do the work. "
I'm glad I bought an extended warranty. I'm not saying that I'm going to "wait" until something happens... but in case it does, I'm glad it is covered.

Why not just order a kit and have a indy shop install it? Its about $500 cheaper that way. Also you should make sure that the warrenty covers the TB snap since i have seen others not.

Just to clear that up... I did ask about the other issues it would cause. The adjuster had said all damages caused by the faulty part (timing belt) will be covered.
I asked him the same question, multiple times in many different ways just so I, myself, could be clear.
I apologize for me not explaining the entire conversation in complete detail.
