ok here is the response i got from Tcarbon on the FMIC 180HP Quattro

The product doesn't have a description or pictures because the kit isn't officially launched to the public. We're currently working on the instructions which is why the other information hasn't been added to the site. The 180 and 225 kit is very different since the 225 has a different turbo, and a completely different tubing set-up.
the turbo has nothing to do with it. The reason the 180 and 225 take differnt paths is because the 180 has to get down to the smic and get back up to the passenger side tb and the 225 doesnt so it makes an easier path (avoiding a pancake pipe) to the smic and around. The easiest solution fora fmic for a 180 is a apr/evom style set up or use new piping like a eurojet kit. Speaking of, EJ claims they will have a fmic for the TT out soon enough.

you mean .48 not 42 a/r

It is the size of the turbine housing. The smaller the number the faster the spool, the larger the number, the more power up top and greater flow. It really depends on the turbo you choose if you should go with a .48 or .63, no street turbo needs a .82.

t3 housing come in .48 .63 .82
t25 housings come in .64 and .86

the .64 is about the same size as a .48 and .86 is close to the .63.

T3 housings also have a larger turbo inlet than a t25 and will flow better. Most T3's dont come with internal wastegates and just about all t25 housings do.

if you have some skill, you can make your own apr/evo kit for a 180 like this.

just need a couple pipes, a map sensor, and a simiular core (treadstone makes a nice one)

I agree. On the 180, since you don't already have a SMIC on both sides... instead of trying to trun all your own piping around your engine bay... you'll be better off with a "C" style intercooler with an inlet and outlet on the same side so you can plug and play.

By "plug", I mean install. By "Play", I mean drive around and pick up milfs and throw the kid in the trunk.
By "Trunk", I mean that sorry excuse of a backseat we have. lol

Hey,

What is the wastegate setup on the K04,K03? What is the A/R of our turbine wheels? Also this is what i managed to find bout the T3 and also another turbo thats kinda interesting.

[ul][*]Compressor Trim: 62[*]Turbine Trim: 76[*]Compressor A/R: 0.60[*]Turbine A/R: 0.86[*]Compressor Diameter: 60mm[*]Turbine Diameter: 53.85mm[*]Corrected Air Flow: 33 lbs/min[*]Wastegate: Internal [/ul]
--------------------------------------------------------------------

Garrett T3 Super 60 Turbocharger

This turbo is for 4cyl applications and will flow up to 350hp.
Specifications:
[ul][*]Compressor Trim: 60[*]Compressor A/R: 0.42[*]Turbine Trim: 68[*]Turbine A/R: 0.48[*]Corrected Air Flow: 33 lbs/min[*]Wastegate: Internal [/ul]

to be honest i really dont know where or what kind of MAP sencor i would need to get, i would rather not play around like that. but i would be nice to save a bit of cash doing a customer fitment. plus i cna get forge silicone hoses.

You wont need a new map. The 28rs and t3 60trim are very simular in power but the t360 will spool faster and make just a little less hp overall (10-20hp) at 1/2 the cost. A pagparts.com kit with everything you need to bolt it on should be around $3-3.5k
