noticed recently that the temp gauge doesnt reach the middle... says its cooler... call me crazy but everytime ive been in a car the temp gauge works its way right into the middle and finds itself a home there...

anything to worry about?

 

nope... TTs have cluster issues.

monitor your temp on the HVAC dispaly.

rush the recirculation button and up arrow at the same time. then use the temp adjust **** and find block/channel 49. push recirc button again. this shows your engine temp in celcius. Should be somewhere in the range of 88-92ish while driving. to switch back to regular hvac mode push the recirc and up arrow again.

 

My RPM and coolant temp on the HVAC don't work anymore either...*sigh*

 

What else can you monitor with the HVAC?

 

I think there's over a hundred sensors, switches, and transducers you can monitor through HVAC. there's a ton.
