I think they handle great.. Im in NC so we dont get snow but we get a fair amount of rain and every time i have been out in the rain they have done a good job gripping the road. They aren't the best tire out there, but they are a great All Season/High Performance tire.
And for around $50-60 a tire.. makes it very worth the price too

hankook ventus k107s are an exact match to the micheline pilot sports. Super thick sidewall. And they are about $80 cheaper than the pilot sports. If you can find them, scoop em up. Micheline is seeking litigation over copyright infringement. That's how good they are. Mine are 18s . Can't remember what I paid
