TT Maintenance
Now that I am the official maintenance man for my girlfriend's TT, I'm wondering what trouble spots I should look out for on this car, since it has 93,000 miles on it.
Replaced the timing belt (see my other post on that debacle), water pump, and the alternator. I know to use synthetic oil in it.
Any helpful hints would be appreciated.

Put some techron in the tank every ~10 fillups (cleans gas indicator sensor)
Check the engine fans (both should spin when Engine and AC are ON)
If it's a vert, lube the top every now and then.
Pray to your Deity of choice to not let let electrics poop themselves.
Those are just some common things that i've seen here, and fixed on mine (aside from the roof)
Oh and if it's an auto, stop driving it altogether, it will break... jk/jk

If its a quattro: Halidex fluid and filter ASAP. It's due every 20k miles and was likely never changed. It's about the same as an oil change, expect for the rear awd clutch thing. Dealer wants $450 to do. You can do it yourself for less then $100, even after buying the special tool needed.
Otherwise look at the air filter and maybe flush the coolant and trans if you are not sure when they were done last.
+1 on the techron. Buy 3 bottles and tell her to put ONE at a time in every now and then with a full tank of gas.
Maybe seafoam the engine, since you had the sludge? It's easy and cheap.

I will try to do all you mentioned. Thanks for the replies.
+1 on the seafoam and haldex!
Also don't forget...
Cabin air filter - About as often as the main air filter.
Brake fluid (DOT 4) - Change it every 2 years regardless of miles.
Tire pressure. Don't neglect the spare!
Haldex fluid and filter is easy once you locate the filter and have the correct tools.
Here's a write up: http://www.audiworld.com/tech/misc35.shtml
However take my advice with warning... I happen to be a chick myself.
