Sounds like you have done a good job, downpipe, exhaust and a good intake would probably yield you some pretty good gains now.

Downpipe and exhaust will be next. I already have a drop in K&N.

Remember it's a k03s and from my understanding you can get a little extra out of it. None the less I never runn all out for an extended period of time.
Im sorry, that tiny increase in the compressor housing does make a little differnce.

Yeah, it's awesome to say the least! Before, it seemed like no matter what I did the power wasn't there but now it's waiting on demand. My friend at work has a modified MiniS and from 3rd on the interstate he was seeing my tail lights rather quickly. I hope to dyno it sometime next month.
Like said above, he will see them much faster once you get the exhaust done.
