Mine makes a sounds like this too.
and i have all the timing pumps and what not replaced.
my old TT i had before did this too and it had 30K miles on it.
It sounds like a fan not the turbo. it spins up blows for a bit about a minute or less then shuts down again.
I figured it's ether the radiator fan or something like that.
