2000 TT Quattro 180hp

Just had major service/overhaul done: new breather system all hoses replaced, turbo coolant leak fixed, oil leaks fixed, spent $3400. Euro mechanic assured me the car is perfect now and good for another 100k.

Now hearings a loud hissing sound around 3000 rpm and feeling a severe loss in power. Turbo related? DV?

Should I just have him re-diagnose everything? Is there a chance he would do this without me having to spend more and more $$$

Any input or similar scenarios would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
