Well I pulled the charge pipe out (I'll have pics up soon)... cut the holes for the nozzles (I used the existing hole for one of them, and went ahead and installed the silicone hose adapter grommets. Those were difficult by the way... that hose is an S shape... and right in the cent of the S is where the rear nozzle is. I had to push one side of the grommet through the hose... and then screw a retention nut onto it from the inside (NOT EASY AT ALL).

Well now I need to go reconnect the Controller to the Pump, Fog light, MAF, and ground... and then put the pipe in and voila! Finished.

I'll have pictures up soon though.

What you can see at the base is the grommet that is pushed into the hose and a nut is screwed onto it on the inside of the hose to hold it in place. The nozzle threads into the grommet.

Here you see both nozzles installed with grommets into the hose.

Here is the hose with the fittings attached via pump hose to the splitter.

A Better look at the same thing.

Here you can see the hose while installed on the car. Unfortunately I did not mark the hose... and while uninstalled... the hose end diameters measured the same with a caliper; but after installing the nozzles and taking it outside... it would not fit on the car the way I had hoped... So I now have a nozzle dead center on the hose... and one further back, instead of having one right at the manifold.

This picture shows the piggyback splice that connects the controller (ignition wire) to the headlight ballast "Foglight" wire. This allows me to toggle the W/M on/off via the foglights when I don't want it running.

Here you can see as I adjust the onset control on the controller. I set the 10% injection to kick on @ 2.5v MAF signal, and 100% injection @ 4.3v MAF signal.

Finally, I tested the system prior to connecting the hose to the nozzles... by starting the car, turning on the foglights, and depressing the throttle until the hose began spewing water/methanol.
At this point, I know the system works correctly at the correct throttle response; so I then connected everything and took her for a spin.

I still Have not completed any test runs yet; I will begin tomorrow morning when the sun is out and I have the laptop, VagCom Cable, and software prepared to begin testing again.

One last thing...
THIS is what a subwoofer should look like. lol

Btw... yea, I know my living room looks like a carpentry shop. I have a few projects underway at the moment; the wood you see is a new trunk floor I'm building and the subwoofer enclosure is just outside the picture.

Hey, Colbert Report is on!!!!

Looks good Chris, i would of spaced the second nozzle further from the TB personally. Also, why didnt you route the controller into the car?

There's no on/off switch on the controller... just onset adjustments; plus there's a harness with 4 wires coming off it and I didn't wanna splice too much. I don't need it in the car though... I have it wired to the foglights switch so I can toggle it on or off from inside. The controller just sets the 10% threshold... and the 100% threshold.

Oh... yea, thats Colbert haha. **Edit Actually... it may have been the trail end of the Daily Show... right before the moment of Zen

Look on the brightside... The one I mounted too close to the TB... ended up being at the FMIC outlet since I accidentally had the hose upside down. I didn't realize it until I went to reinstall it.
Both holes measured within ½mm of each other with a caliper when I measured them. I thought it was reversible.

Oh well.
