Default V-MAXX how to

Going to install my coilovers tomorrow. Anybody have any words of wisdom they can lend or anything?

DON'T cheap out on the spring compressor, get/borrow/rent a good set. The front passenger corner is the hardest one to do, start there, after that the other 3 will hopefully be cake. And buy or make the tool to spread the shock mount cup before you start to tear into the suspension. good luck.

ya don't cheap out on a spring compressor i got a $12 dollar one that i bought a few years ago work on my gti but not the tt,so had to improvise and cut my stock springs off probably not in your agenda lol.

Main thing is be prepared to remove the passenger's side ball joint and disconnect the tie rod end to get the damn strut out.

Get some PB blaster to spray down the knuckle in the front two so you can pull the strut out easier.
