Version 2.0.......T (Engine at shop!!!)
lol, i wonder how that will pan out. its gonna be wierd. you'll be spooled at like 1300 rpm. but seriously you will probably be throwing the turbo out of efficiency quicker now. a 2.0 1.8t i built a while ago is doing really well with a 3076r. very fun motor. the cars i have out there with 35r's arent fun to me personally. they make huge power but you will always have to downshift. but with the 2.0 you should have at least 10 psi around 4000 rpm.
im not to worried about the ko3 since the 2.0t's use the same turbo and at 10:1 c/r. Thats why im thinking the 30/40, still have the huge compressor but still have the gt30 turbine wheel. If a 1.8t can spool a gt35r w/ a equal length manifold at 4700rpms, i should ge able to get the gt3082r w/ .63 to spool ~4500, less if i go with a pagparts new cast manifold and jet hot everything.
Compression is dropped from 9.5 to 9.25:1.
Adam@ unitronic made 475whp and about the same in tq with the HKS .72 t25 housing (about the same size as a t3 .63) from pagparts with the uni630 file @4bar and 29psi on 116octane. He has drop in rods, stock AEB head, 007 intake manifold, and full 3" turboback. With cams, more psiand larger injectors he cansurpass 500whp easy. Uni is already working on a 870cc file.
