He gave me a great price for a machine shop, less than half of what i was quoted before and he is going to assemble it for $150. The place my car is at had a quote for a machine shop of $1k. So, now my only concern is getting my engine from north of cincy to columbus and back

Oh yeah, he also had the crank for me

 

LOL, bumped the wrong thread. Engine comes out today and should be ready for assembly by the end of next week if im lucky

No just one big one when the time comes. But unfortunatly the engine is not out yet...BASTARDS, so its not going to be until later next week when i can pick it up and take it to columbus

No work space.Also i didnt want to get over my head and be stuck

 

i feel ya...not a small job. i would do it but would have to buy a hoist.....then again if they arent charging that much i would leave it to the pros(someone to blame if something goes wrong)

 

I WILL be picking up the engine tomarrow along with my intake manifold w/ TBso i can paint it to match them to the valve cover. Should look rather nice, and give me something to do.
