snowperformance states that it must be HIGHER than the fluid supply... unless you have the solenoid upgrade (which I have). Then it doesn't matter either way.

You're right. after checking with the multimeter... It was the black one.
Its just about finished now. All wiring is done... we're waiting on the GOOP to dry on the chargepipe/nozzle. Once that dries... Im golden.
Still worried about fluid though. I have HEET gas antifreeze... (yellow bottle) and HEET windshield de-ice concentrate (4parts concentrate : 5 parts water treats to -25F) Not sure exactly what i should use since neither have a methanol content on the bottle. I've already emailed the HEET folks and they havent emailed me back with the content %s.
Does ANYONE know for a fact what works in absence of BOOST JUICEâ„¢?
I'm reluctant to even do a test run without the right stuff since I know sucking water into an intake can screw up an Engine and I can't imagine injecting directly into the intake manifold would be much different so I really wanna be sure before proceeding.

Heat is like 90% meth. Your 4parts to 5parts should be about 40% meth which is fine.
WW fluid is 20-40% meth depending on brand
Boost juice is 50/50 i beleive
You can also but big 5 or 10 gallon drums of meth and make your own "boost juice" for about $2.50 a gallon i believe someone worked it out.
Plus you can always just run distilled water. It still cools but doesnt increse octane much if any.

well since the Yellow HEET is 90% methanol and I dont know the methanol content of the HEET De-ice WW fluid... I'll use the Regular HEET with water. Im willing to bet the windshield De-ice is just WW Fluid with a higher methanol content (probably 50-60%) to avoid freezing. But since I dont know for sure... I'll use HEET and water.

Once the RTV and GOOP dry, I guess I'll find out on the first run. (its like almost 1am btw. lol)
Im just going to use the yellow HEET on the first tank and once HEETâ„¢ gets back with me via email... I'll adjust accordingly. Hopefully the tuning (with vag-com and unitronics/lemmingwinks) won't be too difficult either tomorrow.
btw... The controller has 4 wires that connect: 1 goes to the ground, 1 to an ignition hot wire, 1 to the pump, and 1 to the MAF 0-5v output wire.
I tapped the ignition hot wire directly into my fog light wire. Here's why: I always drive with lights on anyway (including fog lights) and this allows for a kill switch for the w/m. If for whatever reason I do not want it on (it engages at 10% injection at x airflow and 100% at y airflow as per the 0-5v signal from MAF) I can just turn off the fod lights and no more injecting at all.

Everything is reassembled and all cowlings in their rightful home.
Gonna take it on a 2am test run enroute to McDonalds for some post-maintenance food.
