Where to turn when service goes REALLY WRONG
Without getting into the particulars and wasting everyone's time, does anyone know what recourse an owner has when they have been treated horribly at an Audi dealer... i have an 04 TT and had a reallybad service experience and want to let the higher ups at Audi know about it. Any ideas where i can turn to have my voice heard? I know they have a customer service line to call, but I doubt that will do much more than make me feel good... I really want the execs at Audi to know whats going on at their dealerships. The work was done at South Hills Audi outside of Pittsburgh, PA
Contact the better business bureau... It's a valuable resource.
Once you have your complaint filed with them the business in questionwill usually come around and try to correct what they can.

Contact BBB and AoA http://www.audiusa.com/audi/us/en2/C...ontact_Us.html
Thanks for the reply... thats a good idea... only, there really isnt anything to correct... the car was fixed... it was just a horrible experience... i dont really care about having the dealership try and appologize (which they already have). I wanted to know if anyone knows a way to catch the ear of people higher up in Audi. Im trying to talk to someone high enough that word gets back to the dealership and that they actually try and alter their policies so it doesnt happen to someone else.
The business bureau really doesn't do much. All they really deal with is customer service & write about they don't contact the employer.
