whill an in-dash fit/work with the bose system?

Default whill an in-dash fit/work with the bose system?

i might buy an in dash flip out touch screen, its an eclipse av3424 i was just wondering will it work with the bose system and has anyone had experience with a flip out monitor in the mk1 tt?

They have been added, but you have to remove the TT flip cover.

I loved the TT flip cover, thats the reason I didn't change mine out, nice clean look when down.

Next question, how hard is it to remove flip cover n do u guys think it'll look odd without it?

Don't know, but I'm sure once you pull the radio, it will be obvious

Definitely looks weird without it. Like CincyTT said, it's pretty obvious once taken apart. That being aside, do what you think you'll like best. I've got a double din Pioneer AVIC-920BT in mine. The cover stays in a constant up position. It sounds as good as the bose speakers can with an aftermarket radio, even though they won't be around much longer.

i decided against it because i plan on sellin my tt some time soon, and it wouldnt be worth it
