why are the headlight full of dust??
If it is IN the headlight, you are missing a seal/grommet somewhere (fog is the same). If it is ON the outside, thats life, clean it and get over it.
Sheep, take your leaky headlight out, stick it on a cookie sheet with a wet towel under it, and bake it in the oven @ 350 for about 10min and separate. Remove the old sealent and use new sealent and press together. Stick it back into the oven for a few more mins and seal it back up. This will solve your fogging.

Is it dust, or tiny pits from road debris blasting away at the lens over thousands of miles of tailgating?
I have a friend that loves tailgating. Well, unless on his bike. It hurt too much to follow me close with all the stuff I was throwing up. Probably a combination of the diffuser, and wide sticky tires. I threw a rock once and cracked my ex's windshield.
Really reinforces that 2 second following rule.

I removed all my old sealent and used clear rtv sealent. I didnt want to risk having a leak and fogging. If you just stick it in the oven or have a heat gun to warm it (not overly hot), you can just peel the old stuff of. You can easily reuse the old stuff definatly, i just wanted a perfect seal.
