Default width ?

so my brother told me he would sell me his sportmaxx rims for 200 with tires they are 7" in the front and 9" in the back. The offset is 35 for the front and 35 in the back. This was perfect for his car but on the calculator it says with no spacers the front would sit 32 mm inside the fender. Would i be able to run this or would i need spacers right away? Thats like almost an inch inside.... lol. Stock i think they sit like 27mm in

^ ya they'll fit. but the problem is, how flush you want it to be. the rear should be fine at et+ 35, 9" width... but the fronts at 7" width... i'd throw on a 15mm - 20mm

i want them flush and know i would need spacers. I would need them for both front and rear. I didnt know if sitting 30+mm in would even work off the bat without spacers...

heh well you gotta consider stock rims

fat fives/super sevens are 7.5" wide, et +35, 6 spokes are 7.5" wide et +32. (correct me if i'm wrong)

very similar dimensions, so it'd be fine. u could probably pull it off if you slam your car. i'm tucking in the front (18x8, et+35) and if i throw in any size spacer, i'd be rubbing ridiculously.

i wanna see them on though, it'd look pretty hot with the white.

^ well when that time comes, i'd get a set of 20mm spacers for the fronts and maybe 10 in the rears.

well i just went and looked at his wheels. The only downside is the dish is kind of pitted on 2 of them.... Cant say i understand that SM wheels must blow because they never saw snow and he washes his car 2-3 times a week lol. Wonder what it would cost to get the dishes re polised.
