Default Yaw Sensor replaced

I have just had the Yaw sensor replaced via Audi dealer, I am a senior female with no car knowledge other than how to drive it!
The steering seems to have gone very stiff since I got the car back this morning, is this normal, it almost feels like there is no power steering.

Maybe It is because the courtesy car the loaned me was a new audi A4 and the steering seemed as light as a feather.
Anyone help

Thank you for the reply.
The car is Audi tt quattro 2001. I have had it about 6 years. mileage around 54000.

The Yaw sensor apparently controls the Traction of the car. I had the warning light come on flash quickly and the car would start to shudder as if the abs brakes were on.It was quite scary. I would pull in to the hard shoulder of the motorway switch off the engine and restart and all was ok.

Repaired by Audi dealer who said it was the first one like this they had dealt with.
It had to go back again due to the coding not being set correctly.

Apparently the Yaw sensor is situated near or under the steering wheel.
