do you guys know or experience what is the best spring rate F.R hard setting more close race typeand what spring is recommand? let me know

i know that coilovers is better or stasis ohlins shocks best one but i don't want to spend money too muchon mycar just want to change spring

otherwiseNEUSPEED race kit spring and h&R racekit spring whichbrand is more stiff ?
if i put on these springs on my koni,are they stiff similar to coilovers?
