1997 A4 ABS Sensor Question PIC
Hi all, I've been working on my rear brakes (stock) and have run into a problem. I'm replacing the abs sensor on the drivers side. I replaced the wheel bearings about a month ago, as most of you know you have to remove the abs sensor to get the bearing pressed in...anyway i ended up breaking the driver side abs sensor...rusted into the housing...in order to get it out I had to basically just hammer the heck out of it...after a few hours and half a can of PB oil it had to be done...i have the new sensor but i also had to remove the collar that holds the sensor into the bearing housing. I know this isin't the exact diagram for my year but it shows the portion i need your help for. I've been looking all over for the part[/img] number or a website that sells the "collet" as they call it ie; retainer, clips, ect... I've been looking for a few hours and cant find anything. Please help. Thanks, Aaron
