Hi there i have a 98 a4 1.8t and i have been having a problem with my #2 knock sensor.

When i got the car i replaced bank 1 sensor then bank 2 went out. replaced sensor 2 but the sensor is still having problems. i normally boost 20psi but the sensor is making it fluctuate at 16-18psi.
i had the codes cleared and the car runs great until it notices that the sensor circuit is faulty.
i only put premium gas in the car.

Does anyone have any ideas that can help me solve this issue??
