Have had the car 4 years, this is the 3rd time I've had the misfires. Always 2&4 cylinder. Keep replacing coil pack, wires and plugs. Runs great for about 10k miles than they come back. Seems to be an Audi thing.

 

are you buying OEM coil packs? I don't know myself (as I have the v6 with one large pack) but I understand it's possible to buy crappy coil packs and this is a common symptom of them. I'm pretty sure this is a symptom of oem packs as well but it's worth a shot.
