alright I found out one of my coil packs isn't arcing, I switched it with another coil pack and still nothing. Could my wiring harness be junk? The coil packs both worked in different coil pack holes. The other 3 coil packs work perfectly fine and the harnesses as well...

Did you look at the spark plugs?Just a thought.

 

yes they are clean, the coil pack in the 4th slot no matter which one won't arc

 

I'm assuming that you're getting misfires? How are you testing for the arc?
