Default 1999 N75 Location

I'm trying to figure out a wiring/other issue with my N75. I've attached a photo of where I think the N75 is. Am I correct?

Does high resistance (towards 35 ohms) indicate a bad part? Seems like I've read that somewhere else. I will also check vacuum hoses, etc. Anything else? The clip attached to the N75 seems to be sturdy.

I'm getting the following codes:
17956 - Boost Pressure Regulation Valve (N75): Open Circuit
P1548 - 35-10 - - - Intermittent
17544 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean
P1136 - 35-00 -

Thanks as always for the help.

Open circuit does mean the resistance is too high (true open circuit = infinite resistance). 35 ohms doesn't seem high to me, though. I have no idea if that's the right thing or not. But N75 should have an electrical connection and 3 vacuum connections. Does that thing?

It looks like it but it's covered up by the air intake. Does it take a lot of effort to replace the three vacuum hoses? My experience in fixing cars is fairly bush league.

N75 is not something I've done but I wouldn't imagine it would take long. Make sure to buy some reusable hose clamps (worm gear type, the regular ones will work, or you can use fuel hose clamp) because the stock hoses probably use those stupid crimp clamps.

By the way, what's the oil in your pic from? At the upper right...
