the service manual is available in the first link in the first sticky on the B5 subforum. you should read the stickies before anything else on the forum.

its not to bad in so cal ...im taking a million pictures so maybe i do a write up combining the manual and actual pictures when im finished ....now i'm stuck tho i need that timing gear bar so its on hold till i buy that

ohhh im also talking with this guy at www.maxbore.com about boring out my throttle body ...pes told me the supercharger utilizes stock tb and they dont expect any gains achieved but wtf $135 and we'll know ....plus i dont see bored tb on anyones sig so itll be something unique

man i havent worked on my ride since jan. thats sad especially since i just found out i didn't bend one valve ...so i guess it is possible to snap a timing belt and not **** your heads ...when it snapped i was doing like 80 or 90 on the freeway but motor was at idle cuz of upcoming traffic so maybe cuz it was at idle i dunno but ill take it ..heres some more pics of my progress and i will do a write up if i can put her back together and start it

heres w/ cam gears removed ..that was one special tool that delayed me .

how did you not bend valves on the drivers side head? those impact marks on the cylinders are pretty deep, i cant imagine how the valves that hit would still be good. make sure to take some 300 or so grit sand paper and sand down and rough spots on the pistons before throwing it all back together.
