Default 2 problems with the car...

1.8t 2001 a4

so there is a creaking noise coming from the front left/driver side wheel area. It only occurs at slow speeds (0-10mph). it is intermittent. i can't really replicate it, other then the slow speeds. It seems worse when accelerating from a stop and coming to a stop.

I also need a rear o2 sensor. I was wondering if there is an online supplier someone would recommend. I also was wondering if anyone had any a simple write up to explain where to find/replacing the sensor.

They're good people and they seem to have decent prices. I buy all my oem parts from them.
It's located under the car, along the tailpipe, by the catalytic converter. You just need a wrench to unscrew the old one. I don't know if there is anything in the way. I have never changed one on an Audi.

The creaking can be a variety of items and it is a little difficult to diagnose. Most likely Control arm bushings but the real question is which one? Upper? Lower? and then which one of the upper or lower control arms?

Could be any balljoint or bushing in the control arms. Usually it's the uppers that fail first. Could be the sway bar end link bushings too. Probably not brake related since it does it only when the weight of the car shifts from a stop/to a stop like you say. Rear 02 is difficult to do without removing the cat, but not impossible. I recommend getting a universal bosch sensor and splice into your old harness/plug. Check bosch's website for the correct universal part #, and then look up the part # on ebay to get the best price. Probably about $40. There is no point in paying $80+ just to get one that comes with an oe plug on it. No rush though unless you have inspections. Rear 02 sensor doesn't mess with performance/mpg.
