Ok so my sisters audi got a CEL she took it to autozone and they said its the MAF.

that will work. Before buying a new MAF sensor, go buy a can of MAF Cleaner from autozone and clean it real good. it might just be dirty and need a good cleaning. If the car is running normal, chances are if you clean it and clear the codes, the light will stay out.
