hey guys I've done tones of research on where the EPS button is in an b5 1.8t... does anyone know or could show me a picture where it is?

The ESP button would be located right next to the fog light buttons and hazard button.

It was an option on the quattro 2000-2001, IIRC standard on the 2000-2001 FWD.
