I have a custom tune that Inmotion made me. It's based off a K04 file, and there are a couple BT's running it on different forums.

I hit 245FWHP with:
GTRS
3" Exhaust
K&N Filter
5 bar FPR
k03 turbo outlet(didn't change that out at the time either)

My car was the base car for this custom tune through Inmotion.
It was ran on stock injectors, SMIC, Cat, and a rich run to make room for more improvements.

Not sure what he charges for the tune maybe $300-400? But it was tuned on a dyno at torque freaks.
It saves you the expense of paying $700 for a tune, injectors, some require MAFs, etc.

Now with my set up I'm shooting for 275-300FWHP on pump.

I have a 2000 A4 with an APR stage III, but the stage III+ was offered for the 2001. I like this kit as I have had it on the car for about 3 years with no problems and the car is daily driven. This is a very good and reliable kit and will meet your HP goals. But with quality comes price as the complete kit (except for the FMIC which is separate for either kit) runs about $4,499 for the stage III kit, and $5,299 for the stage III+ (The stage III+ kit requires a 3" intake as well that can either be fabricated or purchased)
