No, concentration doesn't do anything for heat removal, only changes the temperature the mixture will freeze at.

A healthy, clean auto cooling system is way oversized for a motor. They would all run cool except for the thermostat. That has to be your issue, but given all that's happened I'd let it slide.

Ok so Friday got a call from blauparts they said received the parts but did not check the parts the lady in that department is off till Monday but Mr. Blau wanted to send me a complementary strut set...
