Don't worry, i have quite a bit of body fabrication experience...it looks pretty cheesy as a simple TEST FIT but i think i might pull at least make some non-believers say it's not all that bad....

Yeah thanks for the support, i actually didn't have many plans for the car at all.....i practically got it for free. But its been a great car and its a blast to drive so i figured i'd play with it a bit

My brother is an Audi tech so i'm sure a K04 is already in the works in his head...

As far as the body goes i was thinking some very simple sideskirts (any ideas? nothing HUGE) and maybe a rear valence of some sort that eliminates the grandma look.

Perhaps you should also go widebody!

You're at Pismo Beach? Some of the locals took a trip up SLO last year. We might be doing that again this year!

definitely a different looking B5. idk i'm on the fence with this one. it looks good in some angles and then looks weird in some. try some different angles with the boser look. if you need an example a4_2.8tuner has a really nice boser hood setup. custom of course.
if you go air bag setup, please please let us know how you do the rear bags. well if you're going bagyard, we can't afford it but if you get a regular double convoluted bag in the rear, please post that up. i priced out a kit and if all 4 corners use double convoluted bags, you can do the whole setup with small modifications for about 1300.

I am interested in seeing your completed project.

Hopefully I'll be done when you guys come out to SLO (keep me posted on that).

Does anyone have pictures or ideas for a widebody b5? i can't seem to find a descent looking widebody online but i would like to think about it. And i'll talk to my buddy about the double convoluted bags and see what he had in mind. And thanks Mikekey i was thinking about adding those headlights as well i just want to make sure i can use my stock ballasts, i had a friend order and get the wrong set.
