Default A4 Mods... Has Anyone tried these? Switching OEM parts... read if I dont make sense

This is what I'm thinking, I'm new to audis so let me know if anyone can add a word.

I have a 01 quattro 30v v6 triptronic

---
I'd like to swap TBodies/Fuel Injectors/ Heads....

Is there another TBody that I might be able to swap out with mine that (with minimal tuning) I can get to work?

same with fuel injectors and heads....

I like to keep things OEM at first, what can I swap between models/years?

And has anyone done an engine swap with the 30v?

Swap throttle bodies with what?
Swap fuel injectors with what?
Swap heads with what?

With the amount of money and involved labor you are talking, you can get a PES super charger kit, which is the only financially sensible big power mod for the 2.8.... and it takes only a few hours to install. Well maybe the SC will cost more, but it's so simple. There arent any Tbodies/injectors/heads that will swap and work properly with the 2.8 from other cars/engines that I'm aware of.
