I have the Cat loose everything else loose trying to get the cat and down pipe dropped from underneath but it won’t budge! The 3 bolts and nuts attached to down pipe I can’t break any of the nuts free! I already have a sleeve halfway down the sleeve, if I cut it again closer to the cat will another sleeve affect anything
