a4 t3/t4 upgrade help

Default a4 t3/t4 upgrade help

i just finished my 99 1.8t t3/t4 upgrade... it was a lot of work and tears and not fun... but finally done... and now i have a different problem i need bigger injectors and a custom tune on the ecm... what size in injectors should i get? and i also live in florida if i can find someone to do the custom software it would be nice thanks....

Well since you an AEB, unitronics will limit you to 415/440cc, so I'd go with Eurodyne/Tapp and go for 630's. Contact them and they will give you tons of info.

i m not looking for max hp if i get the 440c u think it would run rite with 13-17 psi? but i i will talk to Eurodyne/Tapp also.......i want it to run around 250 hp and not turbo surge if i can get it with the 440c i would be happy...

thanks man i was worried for a little bit couldn't find anyone with this mod..

If your only looking for 250hp or 250whp then 440 injectors will be plenty.

You can try USP Motorsports in FL, pretty sure they are a Eurodyne dealer.

You can get pretty close to 300whp on 440's, did he say he wanted only 250 somewhere else or what?

The Uni file will put you at 21psi as a base. I'd go with a bigger Eurodyne tune. And like Mike said, if you have a shop by you that sells their stuff, then your way better off.

haha, didnt even notice that.

Why waste big turbo money for small turbo power? Youre better suited with an elim or frankenturbo. Even most elims will be too powerful for your goals lol.

Yeah, he could have just bought a drop in kit like the Elim that spools up quicker and can make over 300whp, plus he can get one with the injectors/tuning as a package.
