I changed my electronic cluster to one that was cleaner and it brought up new lights. see title.
I bought this car used and it didnt have any lights when i bought it, nor does it have any when i put on the original cluster. but as soon as i put on the new one, all these lights start flashing. did the guy who sold the car to me clear the lights? or is it normal for lights to start flashing when i put a new cluster in?
I'm trusting the new one cause the hand brake light doesnt come on on the old one but it does on the new one. Anyone run into anything like this?

ps i'v been driving around in this for about 4 weeks with no issues other than CEL for o2 sensor

 

i went to autozone to check the CEL and nothing came up besides the o2 sensor. Does that mean there isn't anything actually wrong with the ABS/airbag/coolant, and its just something with the cluster?

 

What year is your car, and what year and model of car did the cluster come out of?

 

Mines a 98 and so is the car it came from. Mines a 2.8 mt and it came from a 1.8 at
