today i blew out the fuse for my interior lights. I dont have the manual so i found one for a 1.8t online and decided to check the other fuses while i was putting in a new one. I noticed that there was no fuse in my car for #41 and #16 which are both for the anti lock system for a 1998.5 1.8t.

I have a 1998.5 2.8 Quattro Manual, does anyone know if this is for the anti lock system for mine as well and any reason that i wouldnt have fuses in there?

I also dont have one in #11 - cruise control, which I am guessing is the reason my cruise control doesnt work?
