Default Advice please - Smokey AEB

I am having some continuous issues with my engine.
Problem:
After a drive, stop the engine and restart (say 10-20 minutes after) the car will blow some blue/white smoke. This smoke does not last for an extend period just till you get to about third get on take off and for about 5 minutes on idle. The car does not smoke while driving, on boost, at the lights.
Background:
I have had new rings installed, reconditioned the head (exhauset valve guides and stem seals), new oil pump, reconditioned turbo.

I am running out of ideas. The only possibility i have left is that the turbo has a hairline fracture which opens up when left after a drive.

Any advice? DESPERATION HAS TRULY SET IN!!!!!!

Hey man thats no good. But if you did the rings and the head, you may have increased the pressure inside the cylinder blowing the head gasket. Does the motor shake? Stutter? Boost is at 8ish lbs?

I know this might be a silly question, but you're sure the valve stem seals are properly installed? This behavior sounds like it could be from them... (it was on the Camry I used to drive, but those were the original valve stem seals)

How many miles are on your turbo?

The motor does not shake not more than normally. Boost is at max 15psi (mine runs a K24 turbo) and different MAP.

I am not sure about the valve stem seal, but i have checked the spark plugs and they have a nice grey color with white on the tips. If it was the valve stem seal then it would leave some oily residue on the plugs.

You are burning water for the white and oil for the blue. Obvious yes. But where do these two things meet near the head? water jackets, oil passages ect.

Brainstorm? lol

Yes, but no water in sump and no oil in water reservoir.

Just lost for ideas really

the only thing i can even think of is to take the whole thing apart again...maybe it just needed to burn some gunk left over from before the build?
