AEB Turbo
if you want to get technical, you could argue the n75, but that make boost it only controls it. besides that, there are no electronics. i dont know what op is thinking
I guess you could count the n75 if you really wanted too. But op can you explain what you are thinking? Maybe we are just not understanding what you are getting at, or maybe you really do think a turbo is electronic?
So yes here is the specs on the car read it for yourself. The turbo is electronic on the 1.8T only

If it says a 1.8t has an electronic turbo (i didnt see it but i did just scim through it) they are either referring the n75 or another sensor. Or it's taken out of context, or the guy who wrote is a complete idiot.
Dude seriously, listen to us! A turbo is in no way electronic (minus a few sensors and such), like I said before the exhaust spins the turbine which compresses air. No electronics involved in that process. NONE!! An electronic turbo is something ricers put into their intakes that is basically a power fan which actually does nothing. If the turbo was electric, why would you have oil and coolant running through it??

OP, you're hilarious, why are you arguing something you clearly have no lcue about?

Op, don't believe everything you see on the Internet, or atleast don't repeat it
This argument here could have all being avoided if you guys (those who understand cars well) simply said "Jeremy Decker, what your saying is not true, this is how it works ***********, but if that's what you believe then so be it"
No need to start ripping on him, this is an issue here on this forum, people who seek help who don't know much on what they are posting the question on (I myself am one) get ripped on by others due to the fact that it appears to be a straight forward and simple/stupid question to you guys. Doesn't give you right to rip into them for not knowing as much as you. This may not be that visible in this thread but I've certainly seen a lot of it.
