Default Air lines that connect to solenoids on top of engine.

I need to replace the vaccum lines that connect to the solenoids. I assume these solenoids are for the cruise control. If you know where I can get these at and possibly how these lines are connected that would be huge.

Thanks

They control a lot of things including the manifold airways. Get the 3.5mm ID hose in your choice of color at www.siliconehose.com. Remove each hose one at a time and use it to cut a replacement to length, install, and move to the next one. It's a 45 minute job - nothing crazy involved.

A few of us ordered about a month ago. Here's a link to it:

PM me an email address or cell number and I'll send you a pic of mine up at the solenoid panel after I swapped them out. I'd post it here but uploading pics from my phone is a huge pain in the ***.

Remember that if you get lost there's a vacuum line diagram on the underside of the hood, it really helps to use it to look over everything and make sure it's all right.

Also called Air Management System. I own an 1982 Chevy S10 2WD with a 2.8L V6 on a 4 speed manual (Federal Emissions).
