Default All four wheel bearings...?! Help!

Changed my wheel bearings (all four) 3 times in 40 000km. I press them both sides in at the same time every time. It's the inside bearings that are mangl'd they last no more then 12000 Kms I've tried low budgets at 25 $ each and ones at 120$. And the result is all but the same. Let me know your inputs I'm at lost!

the wheel bearings are well known to go out, but that ispretty bad. how much are you torquing your wheel bolts too?

it could also be your alignment is very far off

Are you supporting the inner race while pressing the hub into the bearing? If you only support the upright while pressing the hub into the inner bearing, there is a large lateral force applied to the bearing that could damage it.

I am using a Volkswagen press which is the exact replica of what is used in Audi/Volkswagen shops. I do support it in all ways possible...it's the inside rollers that get ruined...not the outside..

This. It has to be something in the way you're pressing them in. The rear bearings are known to be an issue on a B5, but not the fronts.
