mark the sprockets to the engine, mark the old belt to the sprockets, mark the new belt the same number of teeth apart as on the old belt after you take it off, then when you reassemble ALL the marks should line up (not entirely necessary but why take chances)
the only part that I had issues with is making sure the new belt was seated in the water pump pulley correctly before trying to go around the second cam sprocket. If its not in there right the belt wont stretch far enough (and its only like a centimeter off but enough to keep you from getting the belt on the sprocket)

alright thanks alot guys. and i am still lost about the hydraulic tensioner. i dont know if it is just the pulley that does it or what for the 12v? the kit on blau doesnt have it...although the kit on ecs for 350 has one? idk if i should buy the blau kit and purshace one seperately or if it is like you said and just for the 30v
