Can you follow the other end of the pigtail and see where it connects to or where it disappears back into the rest of the harness?

 

Is it near the front on the passenger side? Looks like a plug to one of the horns. Squeeze the metal tabs to unplug it. All the **** I've taken off these cars, those horn connectors are the only ones I recall of that design.

 

just went anf checked. if the wires are brown and black/yellow, its for the passanger side horn. our cars have too horns, one on each side
