If they decide to repair it based on some estimate from their associated body shop, will they send the cheque to us or they send to the body shop? The difference between doing the work in an body shop and audi will be in 1000's correct? Can we relay on any Body Shop work? Or, will you suggest get the work done by Audi itself?

 

they'll send it to the body shop or you can opt to have the money sent to you and you can take it to a shop. i've yet to see an A4 front bumper replica lol. you can just get a used bumper and fender. also i suggest you take it to a body shop that specifies with collision vehicles. they have a better frame straightener and you can most likely work something out with them price wise. the dealership will make things up and change more parts than needed, i hate the dealership.
