Autocheck/multifunction display wiring ?

Default Autocheck/multifunction display wiring ?

I bought a new A4 with the 'basic' cluster, but my old one had the 'highline' cluster with multifunction display. I installed the highline cluster in my new A4, but seems like it's not prewired so do you think it's possible to remove the wiring from one car and install it in another, or is the wiring EVEYWHERE and too complicated ?

what are the years and models of the cars that both parts came off of.

1997 a4 quattro automatic (1.8T)

'new car':
1997 a4 fwd manual (1.8T)
