1999 Audi A4, 5-sp auto with tiptronic, 1.8T Quattro.
Well after trouble shooting my relays (another story) I tried starting my car and found the auto trans shifter is locked in park. Is there a lock-out safety thingy or reset switch??

 

Update: I found that the trans lock-out cable that goes under the ignition switch got bumped and unseated (no doubt when I removed the lower column cover). I re-installed it and vola! the shifter now works properly.
