I've been searching all weekend and cannot for the life of me find any step by step instructions on installing a factory 2004 Audi TT Concert 2 CD player on a 99.5 Audi A4 (currently has tape deck). Anybody have any information on the start to finish of this project? Thanks, Andrew

You're better off buying a quality aftermarket (JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer, Alpine) Head unit. During night time I can't even tell my radio isn't oem.. lights up the same color red as the interior. Wiring that concert 2 radio would most like require you to find a lot of different cable's pins specific use.. because b5's used the delta and then concert 1 head units.

 

I was afraid of that, so I sold it and will probably go with the route you suggested. Thanks and hopefully installing a new head unit will be simple enough to do it myself.
