No doubt - I get envious of Keith's car because of that every time I see it.

Yeah thats kinda what i gathered from what Ive read here, the best way to go is get one-piece E-codes. Are they tough to put in? I heard there are some bumper/fender mods involved.. (and it is a 12v lol)
welcome bro

nice clean car!! definately lower it and get some wheels. bit of an investment but it will look damn good!! i pretty much have the same car as yours. 96 2.8 12v.
helped my buddy put his one-piece e-codes in. wasnt that bad at all just takes some time and tedious work. take your time and it will turn out sick!!!!

Eh Im not sure, mine is a 97 but I feel like I wouldn't know the difference anyways lol. Im kinda new to this German car stuff =/
I do believe they started making the 30v in 98. Except Audi's actually manufactured in Germany started the 5v per cylinder in 97.(I think) I have a 97 Audi A4 2.8 Quattro 5 spd as well, and I have 150k miles on it. It still runs like champ. Welcom to AF.

Looks clean for it's age.

First thing I would do is update the headlights and taillights.
