Ok well here is the story I purchased this S4 at an auction on tuesday. Got it towed home that same day. I believe it to be a 2001.5 but am not 100% sure on how to tell. Paid what i though was a good price, and sold my e30 a couple days ago to help get this car back on the road. Ran the Vin only comes up with once owner who surprisingly lived in a town 20 min from my house

The bad and what i need help with the PO ran into a curb during our last snow storm and visible damage is bumper pretty much destroyed. and the lower control arm is bent.
Both arms are bent. (aluminum ones above and the sway bar)
1. should i buy used ones and replace it to see if it runs after that or go ahead and buy the fcp complete kit and just do all of it.
2 see anything else potentially damaged

When we bought the car is was not starting but it was just a died battery. Jumped the car started up great. Due to the bent arms though we did not want to try and move it.
All damage was to the front passenger side. The auction people were *** hats and removed the side skirt for I dont know what reason and couldnt get it back on so they BENT it in half and put it in the trunk!! I think i can repair it with some fiber glass on the inside if not ill find a new one.

Coolant empty because the radiator was removed to see if there was any addition damage.

You can kind of see the front tire pushed back it was pushed all the way back to the side skirt. ( might be why they took it off but still doesnt make sense)

I would be worried about the front subframe being bent.

An impact strong enough to bend those control arms was surely strong enough to cause some damage to the mounts. You may want to look into a junkyard subframe.

Have you had the frame checked?
