yea hes done it a bunch of times. and we are hoping to get everything fixed all at once so it may help to have it out. idk though well see how it goes

 

you are really gonna pull the engine to replace the clutch? 100% unnecessary. if you are really gonna pull the engine, take the tranny with it

 

its all coming out as one. and not just the clutch a bunch of other stuff oil pan gasket head gasket...

 

I'm in Castle Rock now and then, not too often. Unfortunately, my car's pretty stock during the summer time. It's a volcano black mica '99 2.8. Depending on how I feel I may or may not have OEM crossbars on, and during winter time I have black S4 wheels on.

Hey b5 how did the pull go? ANy new leaky discoveries or other things of importance to share.

 

engine is out oil pan off, clutch off, rear main seal off, engine bay and engine are completely cleaned up not a single dirty spot. coolant leak solved, oil leak solved, looking for p/s still it was hard to find when dirty. turbo inlet torn so have to get a new one waiting on that. turbo has no shaft play but broken wastegate so picking up a new ko3 today. plan is to have it running tomorrow night, hopefully get fenders rolled and go lower for a show on sunday...
oh yea timing belt and waterpump done aswell they were both in good condition but we were in there so might as well, also magnaflow 14815 waiting to be installed, may delete resonator but probably not yet (debating a vibrant resonator instead)
